避雷！從來沒住過這麼差的民宿，隨手摸到都是灰塵，地毯，角落，沙發，床到處都有臟兮兮的異物，蟑螂，昆蟲毫無環境可言，搞的衞生估計就是鋪一下床單就完了，服務更是差，沒有前台就算了值班人員也沒有，隔天不打掃衞生也是第一次見，毛巾牙刷紙巾就那一天的量住多少天都只有這一點 ，第一次來福州這體驗十分差，假期升價也算了，服務衞生一點都沒有，誰住誰倒黴

很差的體驗，隔音差，當時是去上課，結果凌晨三四點閣樓上就有人下樓開門進門，吵得不行，煙味還很重，衞生也很差，設施還很陳舊。老闆態度還非常差，想調幢樓，換個房間，和同學們結伴也方便，明明沒人預訂，就是不給換。同樣一百多，杭州維也納不知比這好幾倍，再也不會住這鬼地方。

老闆很好還給升房了，衞生也是蠻乾淨的佈局也不錯主要晚上外面夜景很好看樓下的吃的也很多，總的來説性價比高噢
