When I booked it was partly for the swimming pool but it was closed . After my 1 night I left my room at 8.30am and I was back around 7pm the room haven t been cleaned plus 2 or 3 other stories . I will not come back here

Kempinski is always a reliable choice of hotel. Booking through trip.com unfortunately prevented us from enjoying any GHA Discovery membership benefits upon checkin which was disappointing. The breakfast, while still great, did not include the variety I’ve enjoyed at other Kempinski hotels. The service was however very attentiv, friendly and was noticeably so - making the stay memorable.

hotel is luxury with comfortable bed and pillows. A truly 5 stars hotel in the city. However, for a hotel that charged for ＞600 RMB a night it is not that generous to charge 16 RMB for a bottle of water.

This hotel exceeded expectations with its luxurious decor and spacious rooms. The room is clean, beautifully designed, and offers a comfortable stay. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel., cross over street reach 泰禾广场. You can enjoy all different kinds of food from restaurants to street food that you want to be tested.
This hotel even helped me stock up on frozen foods, like the Fuzhou fish ball that I brought from the mail, and it also has 24 hours counter service.
