班機到達福州時間較晚，完成入住已經晚上11:00。前台接待小哥很熱情，代收的快遞也協助處理。
房間的設備維護不好，保險箱無法使用，房務人員來了二次說無法處理，空氣清淨機也無法使用，體重器無法使用，淋浴花灑也有故障，無法轉換⋯。如此的管理可能不符合4星標準，有點失望，只住了一天就換了酒店。
後大堂經理有電話聯繫了解原因並一直道歉，如此具知名的老牌酒店，代表福州的門面，管理應該是有一定的水準，還是需要加強。

Good location, the front desk also upgraded it when I checked in. Breakfast has Laohua, which is very Fuzhou style. It takes five minutes to walk to the subway station and one minute to the bus station. It takes fifteen minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang. The room bathroom is large with double countertops and dry and wet separation. The check-in experience is good. Xiao Hong at the front desk provides good service. When I checked out, I got a special Fuzhou pastry as a souvenir, which tasted good.

位置很不錯，就在南門兜地鐵站，1、2號線換乘站，對面就有老福州，排隊的人還挺多。酒店設施是中規中矩的四星酒店，看得出來有些年份，不過應該是翻新過。雖然不是那種很新潮的裝修，但床品衞生挺乾淨，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務和態度也很好。退房的時候，看到酒店門口還有一塊宋外城的碑牌，似乎是個遺址。
