Great hotel,  very convenient to bus and underground station,  clean rooms fabulous breakfast,  special thanks to breakfast chef  Li Chen 😀 freshly cooked local traditional noodles with various fish balls, dumplings and vegetables. Front staffs are very helpful 👌 as well. They welcomed us with drinks. Will recommend the hotel to my friends.

Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

I enjoyed my stay at Atour greatly. There was a warm welcome from the moment I arrived in the form of a welcome smile and a hot cup of tea. The little wheeled-robots that walk around and call themselves 'xaio peng you' are sweet. The thing that matter to me when staying in a hotel is the level of peace and quiet that can be obtained. Levels of both of these were great at this hotel primarily because of the build-quality of the building; no over-hearing the person in the room next door at this hotel. Staff are also non-intrusive and allow you to rest in their quest to keep the hotel clean. I will be using this hotel again when in Fuzhou next. Thanks.

The hotel is well-located, within walking distance to the main historical and tourist attractions. The room we booked was clean, spacious and with river/canal view. The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so when hailing for a taxi we usually need to cross the road to wait for it, but it is not a busy road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with both local specialties and western style choices on offer. The hotel also has a good self-service laundary unit on the 6th floor.

This is my first time staying at Atour Hotel. Now it seems that it is wise to book this Atour! The location is good, close to the scenic spots, and it is also the intersection of two subway lines, Nanmendou Station, which is convenient for travel. Maybe it was the off-season during the stay. There was no one in the adjacent rooms, very quiet! I was impressed by the service of this Atour. When checking in, the front desk guy first served hot tea. The room that was booked did not include breakfast. The front desk guy authorized the breakfast. When checking out, the front desk lady gave me a souvenir. On Christmas Eve, I took a group photo with my friends in the hotel lobby. The front desk lady not only helped to take pictures, but also took the initiative to print the photos and gave them to us. The hotel encourages guests to complain. Complaints must have responses, and the response is quick and powerful! The hotel has a book borrowing area. Although the number of books is a bit small, it is worth a thumbs up for the borrowing! In addition, the breakfast exceeded expectations! In addition to traditional Chinese and Western styles, there are also local specialty Laohua. In fact, I originally booked Atour just to experience the comfort of the legendary pillow mattress. I didn’t expect the service to be so good. In the future, I will definitely consider Atour first when traveling!

This time I went to Fuzhou to participate in the marathon. I chose the Atour Hotel, which is close to the starting point. This is my second stay at Atour this year. There are 3 Atour hotels in Sanfang Qixiang. I went to another one because of the wrong navigation after getting off the high-speed rail. Finally, I took a taxi to Atour on Douxi Road. The hotel is located on a relatively secluded road. Although it is a small road, it is only about 500 meters away from the subway. It takes only 30 minutes to walk to Sanfang Qixiang. It is about 7 kilometers away from Fuzhou Station. It takes 30 minutes to get there by taking Metro Line 1. The transportation is very convenient. As for the hotel environment, I knew that the hotel was not newly opened when I booked it, so I was a little worried. Who knew that after checking in, I found that although it was not newly renovated, the environment was clean, the layout was reasonable, and the overall accommodation environment was comfortable. The room service is even better. Some problems were handled in time. The delicious Fuzhou breakfast was upgraded. For the marathon day breakfast, it was opened in advance (it was available at 6 o'clock), and marathon runners were given a big gift package (bread and milk). The next thing is the laundry service. There are 4 washing machines and dryers on the 6th floor. There are aunties to help pick up and deliver clothes in time, so that our smelly clothes can be dealt with after the race. Thank you. I don’t know when I will go to Fuzhou again, but the experience in Fuzhou is still good. I will still give priority to Atour Hotel when I go to other cities in the future.
