保潔阿姨亂拿客人東西，把我高跟鞋扔進垃圾堆……阿姨搞衞生的時候我人就在旁邊，也不問我要不要直接給我丟了，下次丟別都客人黃金你們酒店就老實了
我發現之後還推卸責任説不是她拿的，最後在垃圾堆裏找出來，我跟前台反饋，前台説去反應，然後一直也沒聯繫我，沒有道歉，也沒有補償。
我是第二天很早有事沒空找你們，你們也就假裝什麼都沒發生過，保潔阿姨一點職業素養都沒有，酒店管理層對投訴也視而不見，真牛。

隔音太差了，晚上隔壁人講話稍微大聲點，聽得一清二楚，窗外就是馬路，車路過的意思聽得一清二楚，被子蓋得不舒服，還有異點，一晚上沒睡好。
