地理位置優越，離地鐵站口和高鐵站不到三分鐘路程。早餐種類豐富，可以試一下當地的撈化。衛生間干濕分離，挺方便的。

第三次入住。交通方便，去哪捷運都幾乎能到。房間內乾淨，舒適。冬天有暖氣。週邊又有小吃，大排檔。非常推薦，來福州首選。附近有機場大巴超方便

位置很不錯，去車站也就走路5分鐘。
設施：冬季統一控制空調了，身上皮膚剛好過敏，太悶睡不着，開出來的空調都是熱氣，一個晚上都睡不着，打前台電話也沒用，比較糟心吧……建議訂之前先問一下空調問題，以防萬一
環境：環境較整潔，掛上打掃牌，吃個早餐的時間，房間就清理好了，比其他酒店好很多，特別要誇一下早餐廳，食材新鮮，用餐區舒適，阿姨也會和客人打招呼，很滿意。
衞生：房間無異味，很乾凈。
服務：前台小哥小姐都挺好，阿姨也很熱情

一個月前訂的酒店大床房，昨天入住給了一間最差勁的大床房，最邊上，房間很小，連個衣帽勾都沒有，和房價不成正比，洗漱及衞生間轉身都困難，前台説正趕上福州馬拉松賽無房可調，經交涉答應第二天給調房，讓我不可理解的是總得有個先來後到吧。不想再爭論了，將就吧！第二天給調房了很不錯，比頭天晚上要大了很多，設施也全，但心裏是不滿意的。酒店離火車站很近，交通四通八達，因為施工，南廣場比較亂，附近的小吃街有很多好吃的，如果房間住的滿意，是很不錯的一家酒店！
