房間裏的電視不能投屏非常的老舊，桌子上擺了個電腦也是非常老舊的古董，完全就是擺設，但環境衞生還行沒有臭味，衞生間也放了香薰，

酒店位置地点就在地鈇站附近，十分方便。去上下硗，達明美食城，鼓古樓区等景點坐地铁很方便。酒店房間乾淨整潔

酒店位置核心，交通方便。但對面的永輝已倒閉，周邊沒有大型超市，衹有便利店。
可以看的出酒店建造之初是有自己的想法和特色的，但時間長了疏於維護，很多設施已老舊損壞亟待更換，硬件水平和房價不符。
設施：衞生間面盆不下水，下水道堵塞；馬桶蓋明顯小於馬桶兩圈，上廁所如同坐在馬桶底座上。
衞生：房間衞生一般，浮沉頭髮隨處可見。
唯一值得表揚的是酒店的早餐廳乾淨整潔，早餐種類還算豐富。
