入住前：我們因為是一次家庭出行，對於住宿要求比較多，想找一家隔音好，位置靠近商圈，最好步行就能到商場，有投影，有沙發，床軟又舒適並且價位適中這些以上條件都滿足的酒店真的太難了，最終在咱家住下來也是打電話諮詢了很多家酒店，對比下來覺着最合適才定下的，打電話接待的小姐姐非常温柔好説話！有什麼適當要求可以和小姐姐提！（例如我和小姐姐有提個人喜歡投影，希望提前預訂有投影的房間還有父母年紀大需要安靜這些要求，小姐姐都有很好的給我安排，非常感謝！）
（關於差評：因為個人經常住酒店，住宿之前也非常喜歡看每個酒店的好評差評，所以看到這家的差評也有幾分心裏害怕，但是入住後！個人感受就是圖片視頻和實物保證一樣！衞生間面積小但是夠用！房間的沙發投影很舒服很喜歡！煙味很大這個問題我們也遇到了，前一個住户抽煙沒辦法避免，讓清潔的阿姨噴了空氣清新劑後開了會兒窗户透透氣就沒事啦，剛入住的時候確實有煙味這個問題，但是解決後就沒事啦！還有最重要的一點就是床品的衞生，看到很多差評説不乾淨，我想説確實可能會遇到這種可能，我們發現床單有點點不乾淨，及時給小姐姐發消息了，換床單的阿姨馬上來換了乾淨的！所以大家不用擔心！可以放心入住！有需求聯繫小姐姐！）
入住後：入住後都很舒適！想要隔音好的一定要定獨門獨户哦！真的很安靜，環境很漂亮，下樓走一兩百米就到商場啦，這麼熱的天真的去商場比較舒服！三天兩夜的福州之行真的很開心！
最後！停車問題是我一開始考慮最多的問題，最後一家人沒有開車，所以選擇了這家，停車費樓下70一天，附近50一天真的很貴！大家要提前瞭解一下再根據自己情況入住！希望大家都能有美好的旅行體驗！
因為我們一家人住了兩種房型，所以發兩次評價！都是一樣的感受！大家可以酌情考慮！
