酒店服務一般，離早餐結束還有半小時，幾乎沒有什麼吃的；
衞生情況一般，廁所地板第一次進去看到有水印；
設施勉強可以，維護得一般；
前台和房間距離非常遠，不是很適合長者出行。

很大的酒店，服務設備都跟不上。公共區域沒有空調，大夏天熱到死。房間空調開16°晚上睡覺都出汗，早上餐廳吃早餐一身汗。早餐難吃，沒東西。服務更差，打電話送東西，每次都要等半小時以上，不催不來。衹能説虛有其表。第一次住這麼差的豪華酒店。
