酒店建築大氣漂亮，環境優美；對面就是名人雕塑園等景點。服務細緻熱心，入住還送了小點心。房間很大，乾淨整潔。唯一不足就是酒店大廳、連廊都沒空調，這個季節有點熱，不過也能理解，酒店真的太大了，連廊又超長，而撫州畢竟是小城市，來旅遊的人不多，所以客房入住率不高；若整個酒店開空調估計用電量太大，費用過高，也浪費能源，所以理解就是。其他都非常好，滿意！

衞生間有頭髮，浴巾也有一條是濕的，前台接待比較冷漠，退房的時候前台在玩手機，另一邊在排隊也不去引導辦理，而且按金退回也不問不提，總體一般吧

幾乎不點評，但這次必須好評，衣服落在酒店自己都還沒發現，工作人員主動打電話來告知，但已上高速，就給我寄快遞了，這服務必須點贊👍
另外暑假住了好幾家酒店，能有type-C接口的真的不多，必須點贊！
不得不説酒店性價比很高。

酒店服務非常到位，晚上到達，早上已電話聯繫，到酒店歡迎小禮物、客房的小童用具都精心準備。酒店設施也是五星標準。下高速五分鐘就到。

酒店的環境很好，但服務意識和水平一般，有待進一步提高。當天入住前接到酒店客服電話，詢問大概幾點到店，對房間有什麼需求？告知客服我們會按酒店要求的入住時間，下午14點左右到店，對房間沒什麼特別要求，儘量不要安排在走廊盡頭就可以了。接電話過後不久，客服打來第二個電話，意思是因前面有客人退不了房，能否推遲至下午四點以後到店，我們直接拒絕了。正常到店後，辦理入住時再次強調儘量不要安排走廊盡頭，但還是安排在了走廊盡頭第二個房間，是刻意的？房間空調進風口一直髮出聲音，影響睡眠，體驗很不好。
