1.柳叶公寓（福州火车南站店）地點位置極佳，主打地點近福州南站，就有陽光天地購物中心隔條馬路，周邊路口還有夜市。
2.民宿公寓服務親切，能及時提供諮詢及相對應服務，房間寬敞地面光亮潔淨無菸味，這點最讓我寬心，加上經濟實惠，以民宿公寓的定位標價跟提供服務來說必須給五星好評。

臨時定的房間，設施衞生都還行，福州南站這邊都是出租的公寓，分上下兩層。我們住的是上層，湊合一晚
