Koko Hot Spring Hotel is the original Jintang Hot Spring Hotel, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. I used to come here often. It should be said that it is a good place to soak in hot springs and spend the night in the city! Natural hot spring water needs to be placed at the front desk. The temperature is really high. You need to adjust the temperature of the room with cold water according to personal preference! Overall I am very satisfied! recommend! ! ! ~~~

The hotel is very close to the train station. The facilities are very clean and the details are in place, such as earplugs and hand soap. I was surprised that there was a Tesla charging station downstairs. The service staff were very enthusiastic and responded very quickly.
The breakfast is also quite rich. You can also eat Fuzhou specialties here. When checking in, a young man from Northeast China was very fast. He also washed his hands and asked for water. I will consider staying here next time.

Had a wonderful 5 night stay at this hotel. The location is great being a few minutes walk away from shudou subway station, ideal for getting around Fuzhou city. The rooms are modern and comfortable and being on the 5th floor of a tower block means you are away from any noise. The breakfast is basic but enough to fill you up ready for a day of sightseeing.

I am also a caterer myself, so I generally don’t judge others. The biggest concern when taking children on a trip is food and accommodation. I have done a lot of planning before going out, but I still stumbled into a trap and it gave me a headache. I stayed in Xiamen for 4 nights this time, changing hotels every day😊 which made me in a bad mood. On my way back, I decided to go to Fuzhou for a day. I accidentally booked the Modern Crown, and got an unexpected surprise. It gave us a trip to Xiamen and Fuzhou. The trip came to a perfect end! The hotel room is clean and hygienic, and the decoration is very warm. Their bath products are all brand-name, and the hair dryer is actually from Dyson. The hotel also has 24-hour laundry service, smart home throughout the house, and robot food delivery. The breakfast is really good. Rich and attentive staff.

The first time I went to Fuzhou, I still found a hotel near the subway station. In the city center, it is very close to the second hospital of the province. The room is clean and tidy, the service is thoughtful, and the location is very close to the subway station and Fuzhou Station.

Old facilities. Right next to Fuzhou Railway Station, you can walk to it after exiting the station. Not even 100 meters. The subway is in front of the door. If you want to take a taxi, you can set the entrance and exit of the Manhattan basement parking lot, and it is 30 meters away. The transportation and functions are very convenient. The front desk service is very cold. There is only one male manager, who greets people with a smile and provides good service. The room is large enough, but the bathroom is old. The sound insulation is not good. It is a distance from the road, at least you can't hear the horn sound.

Very close to Fuzhou Railway Station. It’s not as elaborate as some other locations in the same chain, but it’s modern.
As of 2024/05/07, there was loud construction going on very close by, starting at about 8:30 and continuing until 5:30.
The laundry facilities leave something to be desired as far as upkeep and maintenance.

Before I arrive, I will call to ask when I will arrive. When I check in as the temperature in Fuzhou has cooled down in the past two days, I will hand over a cup of hot tea. The lady at the front desk has upgraded the room by a few wood for free and provided three breakfasts! ! It will also remind you that there will be good night porridge in the evening. Two bottles of water were given as a gift when checking out. The service was really warm. The breakfast is very rich, and the lady who serves Xia Lao Hua is also very enthusiastic. You can choose it yourself and then iron it immediately. The number plate vibrates and you can take it, which is very convenient! The hot spring park opposite also has a very good environment, which is suitable for strolling around to eat after a meal🥳

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The waiters in the store provide good service. There is free parking. The hotel is a stand-alone building with complete facilities. There are robots for food delivery. The elevator requires a card to go up, which is very safe. It is my first time to go to Fuzhou on a business trip. This hotel is really good. I got up very early today and had a rich breakfast! Nutritious! I will choose this hotel next time I come to Fuzhou. There is a subway outside the door, and the transportation is very convenient. The subway and bus are free after 5 pm. Fuzhou is really good. I really like Fuzhou! Come again next time!

The environment is clean and the proprietress is very welcoming. I didn't seem to have breakfast in Pingtan after staying there for a few days. This restaurant has breakfast made by the proprietress herself. She also lent us tools for catching seafood. The boss helped to carry things and pick us up. The experience was good. You can see the sunrise from the balcony of the room. It's also very good to see the sunrise from the rooftop. We didn't go there. There is still a check-in spot behind. Many people may come to take pictures.

GGuest UserService: The service is great! It is a family of three, each of which is very friendly. There is a pick-up station service. This is my favorite point. Because generally, when you leave the station, you are looking for public transportation or taxi, but you have to wait for various routes. You may have to go to snacks, but there is a pick-up station. I have no brain to call and wait for arrangements. I like 🥰! There is also a variety of breakfasts, very rich.
Environment: It is a self-built house in a village, but the decoration is very good and the location is very spacious.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good.
Facilities: The facilities are quite complete. There is a laundry room and a place to dry clothes. The boss can also help rent an electric car or a car, which is really friendly.

Secondly, the hotel service is really good. When checking in, I will offer tea and then be led to the hotel by a dedicated person. The room also comes with late-night snacks. When booking the room, it only includes two breakfasts, but the hotel provides breakfast for two children for free. Other hotels require additional charges. Welcome fruits have been placed in the room in advance. , very fresh. Afternoon tea will be delivered to the room, which is also great. There is a tea room in the room with a small courtyard outside. The bathroom is also large and clean. The toiletries are from L'Occitane, as well as makeup remover towels and compressed towels. It is really full of details. It's full. There are free coffee, jasmine tea, etc. in the hotel lobby. You can also get stamps. They also gave you souvenirs when you checked out. If you come to Fuzhou in the future, you will choose this hotel again.

RRedmounDisappointed by the hotel, ok with the hot springs
We spent a night there to enjoy the hot springs. It wasn't very clear in the beginning that the Huiya hotsprings were actually within the hotel's building. The only way to reach the facility is by taxi because even if there are buses (only one line 331) they come once in a while. It was difficult to get back to the city, we had to walk to the little town and wait bus and also keep calling a didi which eventually came...
The service at the reception wasn't as good as should be. They couldn't even find the reservation I made, just because it was a foreigner name. No English at all, which I can understand but even communicating in chinese wasn't that smooth.
The room was average, honestly we were expecting much better quality, the TV was old and small, no movies, nothing. There was mildew in on the wall.
We were expecting to go to the gym as the facility said was available on the description but no open gym, we couldn't even find it, the reception guys didn't even know where it was located.
We thought we could have free or discounted access to the hot springs (considered the price of one night!!) but just a slightly lower price.
The hotsprings were ok, honestly we were expecting a bit of variety of baths like with aromas or oils.. But no, just water and 2 different temperatures. Differences were in size and temperature. One bath was bigger with a stone bed to relax.
No free snacks or drinks (except water but no cups in every water dispenser), even if the service book in the room said there were available.
Every thing was to pay. No other meal included besides breakfast. We tried to have dinner, the menu was only in chinese and no many options available. So we had to go to the town to find food.
Breakfast was the best part, very rich and complete. The only really good thing we found there.
Overall relaxing days and night, but for thw price we paid we could have had a better service experience.
Also for the hotsprings, I visited better and cheaper ones elsewhere.
I wouldn't recommend it, I would stay to another nearby facility and come only for the hotsprings

Location is perfect. Maybe 5km from the airport. I took Didi from the airport just after midnight, and it cost 20rmb. Not sure how long it took… maybe a little over 10 minutes. I guess 15 minutes would be the maximum time needed at any time of day. It could be faster.
Front desk service was very friendly, polite, and quick. The girl didn’t use English, but she used translation software. Very easy check-in. I only waited about 4 or 5 minutes for the guest in front of me, and the girl was going fast and apologized a couple times. Very nice service.
The room is great. It’s super clean, and everything looks new. It’s not a large room, but it’s totally fine for my layover to get several hours sleep before I go back to the airport in the morning. I’m in the basic room and paying about 250rmb. I’m very happy with this price for what I’m getting.
The bed is firm, but not too firm. I like it. I’ll sleep well I think. Honestly, I’m a bit surprised at how nice this is for the price. I doubt this location is great if people want to stay a few days and do sightseeing, but I’m not sure. I think for an airport layover this is fantastic. That’s why I wanted to write this review before I moved on and forgot about this.
I didn’t order the breakfast, so I can’t comment.
They also offer a free shuttle at 5am, 6am, 7am and 8am. I will probably use Didi because those times are a bit off for my 9:30am flight, but I think that service is great.
Great hotel, and so far, it’s very quiet at night. No noise. I will definitely choose this place again if I need a hotel close to Fuzhou airport for a layover.

OOLEKSANDRAThe hotel is located a little far from the subway station. The design is interesting. The wall in the bedroom is made of glass like a window that faces inside, so you can see the hallway of the hotel. The room has two levels. The bathroom and tea table are downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. It’s quite noisy in the room. After I checked in, I’ve found that the shower is broken. While the receptionist was dealing with fixing it, I was about to make a cup of tea when I saw the tea cups were super dirty! The receptionist said she was very sorry and went away to change the cups. She said she would bring me fruits as an apology but I refused. In the morning I woke up from a loud sound and vibration. It feels like a huge boiler room or a huge ventilator is upstairs, so this sound started at around 8 a.m. and was lasting forever. It’s super annoying. I had a feeling I am on an airplane. When I called a receptionist to explain what that sound is and possible mute it - nobody came. After 15 minutes I went downstairs again, the receptionist asked me to wait more. The help was not efficient. The guy came, listened to the sound and said he would go upstairs to check what’s the source of the sound and vibration. Then he left and I started to get ready to check out. I was in a bad mood because didn’t sleep well because of the noise plus the hotel staff kept me waiting for so long after my request to help.
Overall it’s ok if you’re not a person who gets easily annoyed by imperfections and sounds.

MMing WeiJack Lin and Kris are the very helpful staffs t who helped myself with finding my wallet when it was lost during my transferring the vehicle because i had long journey and the local transportation was somewhat foreign to me in the dark evening. This is incredible to me as a wallet withheld only bills to count a dozen but no ids within, then how should they to reclaim it back is really a credit. In addition the clerks who served at the counter Ms Xu, Zhan, Lin did a lot of helping hands to me are worth to mention in the first place. In addition, what i really want to address is if you are ready an old-school taster can recall still the elegant class of the fine artistic furniture and its amenities of handicrafts this is a suggestion of mine for a coming. A thick carpet paved doorway, a marble finished bathroom, bedroom decorated with carefully designed lighting, of these amenities were those included in all i was served for a night stay. As you can see, from a wallet missing to its return, from a dedication of suite design to the welcoming snacks, and after a long flight journey done i took my newly purchased shoes off and thus i found an immediately medical aids should be required so i asked the possibility for staffs’ service. They can even heal my heel’s hurt. These are all the service they charged no money but really worths travels’ money for the stay. Thus, I appreciated and recommend only to those appreciated the real amenities of classic hotel’s admirers.

They have regular minivan and big bus for airport pick up and delivery to airport. It was super easy experience. Room was clean and receptionists were very friendly. BBrookeFirst off, I almost changed hotels and lost the booking because the name inside the hotel and the front are completely different! There is no mention of a name change anywhere. I had just gone in to ask directions to the hotel and it was the right spot. It's called the Lucerne or something like that.
It's the only hotel I have ever seen with a ”fake window” so that was different. It was good otherwise, there was a little tea set in the room and I got a good night's sleep. The breakfast was nice and plentiful with continental and Chinese offerings, plus juice and coffee.
I would stay again, but please update the name so other travelers do not get confused.
Also, I speak English, so they communicated with me on Google translate, it worked well.
