去過好幾次，酒店温泉不錯，乾淨衞生，房間設施也可以，就是沒有電視看。早餐不太好，品種少，味道一般。

從進門前台辦理入住的時候就沒有好的體驗，房間門鎖壞的，房間空調一開跟拖拉機一樣響，淋浴房水忽冷忽熱，地漏也沒有清理，一洗澡水都滿出來了，特別是服務人員態度極差，尤其是温泉的前台，過去諮詢問題，磕着瓜子翹着腿愛答不理的，多問幾句就不耐煩，根本沒有服務意識，這麼大的酒店怎麼會有如此服務，很不理解，建議大家入住的時候慎重考慮，而且温泉也很臟很多水垢，可能是因為人少所以沒怎麼常清理，有這樣的服務人員也能理解人少的原因，因為去一次再也不會想去第二次。

地理位置有點偏，附近沒有超市商店，有啥需要買的下了高速找商店買好，不然基本上沒法解決。温泉泡着還不錯，酒店也暖和。沒有明顯短板，優點可能是很安靜了

酒店設施齊全，美中不足的是周邊的配套不完善，我們晚上大約8點到店，路上週圍黑乎乎的，沒有農家樂、餐飲配套，找不到吃飯的地方，離到市區又10+km，最後衹能方便麪解決晚飯問題

必須給差評！最重要的睡眠都無法保障！凌晨一點多先是被按門鈴，連按三四遍，把人驚醒，過了不到半小時突然來敲門，門外沒有一個人，那一排我是沒有看到聽到一户入住的，之前看評價説半夜有敲門聲還覺得不相信，自己經歷過才知道真的是很驚悚！其次這個衞生程度非常堪憂，廁所的臭味很沖鼻，門還是壞掉的，本來打算拉上門將就一晚算了，叫了客服人員，就通了一下下水道噴點空氣清新劑，然後沒多久那股臭味又上來了，到了早上洗手間根本沒法用。空調一晚上是沒有任何感覺，凍的瑟瑟發抖，如有其他選擇，真的是不建議大家來這裏！

酒店環境非常好！硬件設施很好！能看出來。規劃和設計時的人員是用心了的。酒店大堂、房間、温泉、餐廳環境都很好。但是酒店的軟件跟不上。前台服務意識更不上。房間、電梯、衞生不好。
