房子很不錯，前天小姐姐也很熱情。東西都不錯，衹有電梯有點難受，要好長時間才一次，而且還慢。容易堵住了。

衞生：衞生一般化，有待提升
環境：環境坐落於萬達，出行比較方便
但是在早上九點左右，樓上有噪音比較吵，沒有休息好
