I was impressed with the kindness of the staff when I left my luggage before check-in. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean.

Hard not to like this little gem. Located in many cities around Japan, often close to a train station. The hotels is consistently clean,beds are so so, few hotel amenities, but is reliable. They offers free breakfast, here in Fussa it’s pretty hearty for free. Coffee is good. 15 min walk to base.

Pros: New unit equipped with the all the basic necessities. Loved washer, bidet (a must) cooktop, balcony and heated bathroom. This is a super nice, new, spacious apartment. Easy to get around, walk 6 mins to a Station and Lawsons below. Had a scare when I thought we had communicated a late check out and then told to be out early. Seemed to work but will update the review accordingly.
Cons: I could feel springs when laying down. I realized the mattress had the up side down. I flipped it and, no springs. The linins on the bed had sebum/body odor and I had to wash the sheet and towels. Couldn't use the comforter and put it in a closet to avoid the odor. I hope management realized the odor. Floors need a deep cleaning as my feet were dark after walking barefoot. Once the cleaning is improved, this will be a great place and I would rent again.

Very sterile hotel. I arrived half an hour before the earliest check-in time and was even denied access to the parking lot because of this. I was then charged an extra 800Y for parking overnight.
Otherwise clean and quiet.
