The place to change shoes is too crowded and too small. There is nothing to play behind the hotel. It is better to have a small playground in the backyard of the Sheraton Hotel. Moreover, it is located in a remote location in the resort area, and it is too far to go to the town. The shuttle bus is super inconvenient. You have to wait outside by yourself. The service staff will not watch it. When you ask for help, they actually say that this kind of thing is not their job. There is no airport pick-up and drop-off, just a bus, fixed point, and the round-trip time is not caught up. The daily flights are not flexible enough and not enough. In short, the shuttle bus and the airport bus are super dissatisfied. Hallasan Hot Spring is very small indoor, mostly outdoor, and there is no place for sweat steaming. In short, the experience is not very good, and there is no service and feeling of a star hotel at all.
