房間除了略小一點，其他的都很好。 酒店超值，送觀光纜車票，水上樂園票，湖心遊樂設施票，温泉票 唯一的缺點是温泉票的兩大一小，為什麼要限定一米三。。且沒有明顯的標識。到門口了説不行。這個點必須差評 餐廳服務超級好，特別是早餐服務員張曉艷，趙龍秀服務態度很好，5星好評 還吃了一頓午飯，服務員張慶梅，隋春月，王明麗服務也很好，同樣五星

管家閆雪服務周到，講解權益詳細，及時回訪，態度親切熱情，早餐好吃，客房乾淨。最後一天餐廳的阿姨張艷和趙龍秀阿姨還給準備了孩子的小零食，很貼心。

房間硬件設施老舊，但是酒店服務很好，尤其是管家閆雪的服務非常熱情！很周到！細緻！還沒辦理入住就非常耐心的提醒了很多有用的訊息，早餐美味，客房整潔！

從機場有免費的大巴接送，上車就有旅遊助理拉羣。酒店前台可以直接聯繫包車，來的是正規出租車，南坡來回三百塊。送的權益除了温泉，其它都沒用，主要白天都去長白山各個坡和周邊景點了，度假村內待的時間有限，建議多增加點晚上的項目。

這家酒店位於度假區最裡麪，但是交通便利，周邊設施齊全，非常適合度假，酒店閆雪服務熱情，服務周到，她的服務非常專業且友好，讓人賓至如歸。非常細心的提醒我們一些注意事項，耐心的詢問我們入住需求，房間乾淨整潔，設施現代，居住體驗極佳。早餐豐富多樣，味道美味，服務高效。整體性價比高，下次還會再來。

I asked the front desk for help and they sent me an air conditioner. I was worried before. The problem of the bathroom being too small is actually okay. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages. After all, we went out to play during the day, and it was not a hotel vacation type demand. The children were very happy to use the privileges of the water park, and they made good friends~ It became their top 1 fun place in Changbai Mountain. 🤨To be honest, the water in the water park did not look clean. Luck and happiness are the strongest immunity~ If the itinerary is more relaxed, the natural landscape around the hotel is enough to play, and the so-called ginseng digging experience would not be necessary for the second time.
