房間裏不錯，舒適又愜意，着急出去玩就忘了拍照，早晨醒來就能看到綠綠的草坪，讓人心曠神怡。孩子和家人住的特別舒服美好。酒店服務也特別到位，臨走前送了好多禮品。

位置很好，在中心，繁華區，離遊玩吃飯區域很近很方便。 房間唯一不好就是淋雨和浴缸在一起，要在缸裏淋，不方便。 早餐還可以，幾家酒店沒有太大區別。

前台張芳鐳服務好，衞生乾淨，細節到位，酒店地理位置很好，早餐也很棒，有免費停車場，出行也很方便，非常推薦

去到酒店昨天入住是五時，他們說那些什麼也玩不了因為5:30關，在前台要用微信弄所有娛樂及溫泉的二維碼的小程式，四人入住兩人沒有微信，過程複雜索性放下手機給前台處理也需要差不多15至20分鐘，如果其他人不懂手機還沒有微信或外國人怎辦呢？為什麼不可以簡單一點發一個入場券便可？代訂的旅行社說他們有專車會送去溫泉，酒店酒店說我們可以自行步行去也是八至十分鐘路程，但是天氣很凍而且還是下大雨，溫泉晚上7:30就不可以入場了，我們問問前台不是有車送我們去溫泉的嗎？他們說只是送到在途中另外一棟套房酒店大樓放下我們，我們要再從套房酒店步行前往溫泉，酒店有高卡車，為什麼不可以直接送去溫泉？工作人員又不是很忙，回到的時候天氣特別凍而且下著雨我們也要行去溫泉酒店要求人送我們返回酒店，那段路也不短。晚飯想吃中菜，原來酒店沒有中菜廳，在大堂問職員他們說轉右便可以，只看到Cafe，再出嚟問職員他們入邊可以叫中餐，菜單上可以選擇的很少而且好多菜式也沒有，要啤酒也沒有，只是拿了罐裝室溫沒有放在冰箱的，服務員說可以加冰或者我自己行落小鎮處購買，我和朋友摸黑走了一段路去到市鎮，找不到便利店，空手而回再從小鎮回酒店，菜已經涼了。在東北吃了10天菜每碟都很大碟但是這酒店提供的菜份量很少。 你已經早上吃早餐，因三位朋友反抗的航班更較早所以他們吃完早餐後先同你去而我繼續獨自吃早餐＇拿了杯咖啡放在枱上，出去拿東西吃服務員就拿走我的咖啡，枱上只有一雙筷子，吃沙律問服務員有沒有刀叉，原來他們沒有不鏽鋼的刀叉，只提供一次性的膠刀叉，只是五星級酒店的服務水平嗎？ 圖片就是這個送去溫泉的車。真不明白只可以送到套房大樓但不可以送到溫泉溫泉區？$1000一個晚上的酒店下單後不可更改不可取消不退款，以後大家訂這家酒店一定要小心條款。 另外進入溫泉還要比付¥ 1 0服務費。
