酒店設施還是有些年頭的但房間打掃得比較乾淨整潔，禮賓部小輝和經理小陳服務非常好，在入住前就聯繫加上微信提前告知了下飛機的事項，在有問題的時候也能夠十分快速溝通解決。雖然淡季度假區人比較少但是雪道開放得不多雪質也沒旺季好，但住得總體還是很舒服的，等下個雪季還是提前一點來玩兒。

因為建成時間有點久了，設施稍微有點陳舊，第一次住喜來登發現櫃子門把手掉了的，但是還是很乾凈吧，保潔也非常及時。冬季旺季人很多，服務響應度稍低
