酒店服務非常好。會提前有管家聯繫，我這邊對接是禮賓部小陳，會詢問各種需求，提前準備好符合要求的房型。有任何疑問或需求會第一時間提供服務非常及時。得知我們想去長白山，每天及時發送天氣預報和觀景預測，非常熱心。威斯汀服務非常好，打掃衞生的工作人員發現我們晾的衣服，第一時間提供了衣架。特別細心。酒店也非常乾淨。

酒店不錯，服務更佳，大人小孩玩得都很開心。非常滿意的一次入住體驗，先説服務，禮賓小李和小杜服務非常好，行李幫忙送到房間，有任何問題都可以幫忙解決，有問必答。退房時前台小博詢問了入住體驗，並安排了禮賓小常幫忙把行李送到喜來登酒店，每一位員工都非常的專業。

房間非常大，很乾凈，酒店給免費升級了房型，我訂的雙床，之前都是自己拼床，酒店知道我想要拼床主動提出來讓服務員幫我拼！還沒入住時酒店就安排了管家小謝負責，一直各種找人家問價格問活動安排車。有時很晚了還回訊息！由於預報有雨提前一天小謝還幫忙提醒會下雨，户外活動要不要調整！這幾天西坡關閉，西坡酒店入住率不高，但完全不影響他們優質的服務，就連早餐煮麪的大哥都是那麼熱情！比起寒假住的西雙版納的萬達文華別墅簡直好的不是一星半點！長白山的服務印象感太好了！從酒店管家、前台服務、早餐廳的服務員到包車司機，感覺大家都是在用心給這個地方做口碑！以後每年暑期都想要來避暑！還要住威斯汀！
