為了考研訂的，可以説除了離育才中學近就沒有任何優點了（走路5分鐘），而且在附近打車去也十分來得及，房子又黑，又小，又冷，隔音還差，一進去就黑乎乎的，走廊的腳步聲聲聲入耳，中午回去休息打開空調，1點半走之前都吹不熱，奉勸以後考研的學生別住這裏，太難受了，屋子裡的燈光非常暗，也不適合考前複習，有窗户但窗外面還有一堵牆，一點光都進不來，早上起來屋子都是一片漆黑，前台的長者態度非常不好，非常氣人，空調外機的聲音還很大，暖氣一點都不熱，當時撫順零下30度，遭老罪了！！！！

優點就是周邊比較熱鬧，吃飯地方比較多，房間也夠大。但是房間有味道，床單啥的還算乾淨，頂棚掉牆皮，馬桶墊太小，如果是四五十的價位還算值得，但是花八十多就差強人意殼。最騷的是攜程上八十多，進店看價位才七十多，都想推了，嫌麻煩，算了
