此次入住撫順友誼賓館，感受格外深刻，這裏展現出了與國際接軌的高水準服務。
在早餐餐廳，孩子不慎打壞餐盤，付美玲主管及李鑫宇趕來處理，首要關切的是孩子是否受傷、受驚。整個過程中始終把孩子的安危放在首位。這種真摯的人文關懷，讓我非常感激！而後孩子想吃冰激凌，雖非供應時間，付主管和管小妹卻細心察覺，靈活協調，讓孩子開心不已。很感謝以上三位的周到服務。即使是對服務有着多年深入研究的我，在這裏也能感受到超越期待的真誠與用心。
還有在電話回訪中認識的王經理，讓我有了傾吐感激之情的機會。從這些細節中，能看出賓館對員工的培訓非常到位，員工的敏感度極高。我一定會和家人再次選擇友誼賓館入住，也衷心希望友誼賓館能夠越做越好。
