The hotel is located on the main street, only five minutes walk from the train station and bus station, very convenient to travel. The room was clean and the sink was located between the bedroom and bathroom, very reasonable. The living room is large, with TV sofas, induction cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, suitable for travel. Will choose to stay next time.

The hotel is not bad, there is no refrigerator, the drink can not be iced, small regret. The location is a bit too close to the train station, there is a little noisy at night, but fortunately the train frequency is not high.

It is a four-star hotel, I am really disappointed, the hotel has no system, the system is messy. When I arrived that night, it was close to 12:30 in the middle of the night. When I checked in, I didn’t have a room for us. We have confirmed the room and the money has been paid. The front desk clerk only said sorry to you. I asked to see the manager. She said that the manager was sleeping. I really can’t believe it! We waited close to 1:15 and several of our ladies couldn't find another house so late. Booking was brought in, and their after-sales service was superb, which made me look different. We were anxious and their clerk Leon responded immediately and helped. Things were resolved, and finally we stayed at another hotel and will not book Mercure hotels in the future.

The hotel is very good, the breakfast is very rich, except that it is a little far from the city center, it takes about 1 hour to drive from the Nuremberg exhibition.

It should be a B&B hotel. The location is relatively remote. If you don’t have a car to rent, you will have a headache. The town is very quiet, suitable for family travel and may not be suitable for business use But the room has a small kitchen to cook by yourself. Very happy.
