Spacious and very close to slopes. Tucked away at edge of Kitanomine side which made it quiet and easy to park. Kitchen had everything we needed, and there was washer/dryer. English directions for how to use everything. Would definitely stay again!

The facilities are on the same level as condominiums overseas. We rented a two-story house, with the bedroom and toilet on the first floor, and the living room, toilet, and kitchen on the second floor. All rooms (even the hallway) are heated with oil heaters, and all electricity is used. Everything was great, but it seems that there is a limit to the use of hot water in each room, and on the first day, in the extreme cold of Furano, the bath water ran out and we had to take cold water...I don't remember using a lot of hot water, only enough for cooking, washing hands, and playing in the bathtub for one person. This issue was not explained on the website in advance, so I couldn't check it in advance. Fortunately, I was able to cover myself with a blanket right away and avoid catching a cold, but I was worried that if I had become unwell, I might not be able to come. I still don't know the cause. I wish they had been a little more sincere in their response.

A great family stay
This was a lovely Ski Chalet by any Eastern or Western Standard. Nice facilities with attention to detail which didn't go unnoticed. A very nice holiday experience.

Nice and well equipped chalet
Chalet was well equipped and clean. However, the air con could not be switched on and so the room was rather stuffy even though it was Spring temperature outside.

Quiet and soothing location on the foothills of ski slopes . Kitchen is very thoughtfully stocked with pots and pans , cups and even salt and pepper and soya sauce . Even toaster, kettle, coffee machine , rice cooker , fridge, microwave are all provided in the room . Views are breathtaking. There is a washing machine and even soap is provided. Size of rooms and bathrooms are really big in comparison to general Japanese hotels .Many supermarkets are a within a 2 min driving distance .No restaurant or cafe in the property . Reception team is very helpful . Enjoyed our stay.
