The hotel room is too old. For a room of about 1,800 RMB, the room experience and customer service attitude are not very good. The oldness of the room can be said to be the experience of 200 RMB. The room was built 30 years ago. The furniture and cabinets are not comfortable to stay in. The public areas of the lobby and hot springs are much better than the rooms. Our family joked that we would rather live in the rest area of the hot springs.
I have stayed in many Prince Hotels in Japan, and this is the only one with such old rooms. I came for the elf cottage. I must say that the elf cottage is quite dreamy. It is very cute when there is snow. It is not bad for taking pictures. The hot spring is also good. The crab buffet for dinner is delicious, so this evaluation is very split. I don’t care about the oldness of the room. I only stay for one night. If the price is very cheap, I can make do with it. If I come for the comfort of the room, I will be disappointed.
