La Vista Furano Hills is a fantastic hotel, especially for a winter getaway. The hotel's location is ideal—close to Furano Station and the town, making it super convenient. My absolute favorite part was the rooftop onsen (hot springs). After a long day of exploring in the cold, soaking in the hot springs with a stunning view of the snowy mountains was pure bliss. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offers a great variety of food. The staff were very kind and helpful, too. It's a great place to relax and unwind, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Furano.

I booked a room for two adults and two children. The room was a good size. There were only two pillows, so I went to the front desk and asked for two more. The cold lady told me that since I had booked a twin room, only two pillows were included, and the children wouldn't get any. Before I could react, she said, "This time, I'll give you one. But not next time!" and then handed me two bags of pillows. I was stunned, feeling like I was begging. Besides the rude treatment from the staff, I was also confused as to why the children didn't have pillows. If this is truly the hotel's policy, it needs to be reviewed.
Otherwise, like other hotels in the Dommy Inn group, the lobby, rooms, and hallways are bright and well-lit, not dark or gloomy. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The manga room, laundry room, massage chairs, lounge, and bath on the ninth floor were all very welcome and appreciated.
