Chambre confortable. Balcon vue sur la colline. Grande salle de bain. Shampoing et savon dans petits tubes. Pas de machine à laver et le pressing demande 2 jours. Pas de fer à repasser. Frigo pas froid du tout. Mieux vaut acheter sa bière fraîche au 3ème étage boutique. Petit déjeuner pas varié mais généreux. Pas de café noir mais du café au lait. Un endroit pour famille avec petits enfants. Accès aux hot spring payant. Hic la musique forte venant du hot spring Park. Et peu d’acoustique avec le couloir. Restaurant à côté de l’hôtel un délice ! Prix raisonnables. Bon plats restaurant du soir dans hôtel. Bof pour repas commander à l’extérieur. Réception très avenante.

前台joy熱情服務，看到有帶小朋友主動送上小童樂園門票；
酒店整體很寬敞，內部設施較齊全，在酒店就有很好的遊玩體驗，不足就是大堂空調都沒回開，一進酒店首先就是悶熱，房間是動物歡樂家庭房，放了三張床，感覺很擁擠，希望以後有更多的親子房房型。

從入住開始就感受到細緻照顧，前台主動提供小童樂園門票孩子超開心！小童樂園設施豐富，工作人員特別會哄小朋友。餐廳早餐很豐富，還提供免費寶寶椅和餐具消毒服務。位置也很方便，步行就能到附近的動物園。下次帶娃旅行一定還會選這裏！
