入住體驗極差！前台態度冷漠，等了半小時才辦手續。房間衞生堪憂：床單有污漬、浴室地面積水發黴，一股異味。空調噪音像拖拉機，整晚無法入睡。隔音效果為零，走廊腳步聲聽的一清二楚。早餐品種少得可憐，包子還是冷的！這種水平還敢收費這麼高？絕不會再來，也勸大家避雷

環境還可以，連住20天成功把我推到別的地方去住，每天打掃被子沒換，天天打電話問是否續房，提醒前台，還是會打，服務有待提升

酒店是新開的，有免費停車位，大堂也很寬敞明亮，房間有智能化配套，還可以欣賞窗外的風景，設施齊全，床品也比較舒適，早餐也很豐富，若是定為星級酒店的話，酒店工作人員的專業性和職業性有待提升，房間衞生也需要加強細節化處理。

服務：酒店管理差，管理的漏洞，遷怒於前台服務員，管理人員與顧客溝通態度以及能力差，服務態度差。酒店硬件不錯，軟件不行。
