Wir hatten ein sehr schönes ruhiges Apartment (Nr.7 im obersten 2. Stock) im Zentrum von Funchal. Den Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen, die Lage im Zentrum von Funchal ist ideal und sehr ruhig. Die Größe und Ausstattung des Apartments ist für 2 Personen sehr gut und die Kommunikation mit Erica, der Managerin vor Ort, war perfekt. Auch ein Transfer zum Flughafen wurde für uns organisiert. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Happily stay here again
Excellent location. Close to shops and restaurants. No steep climbs to get to property either. Taxis easily available 2 min walk.
Only one downside was that check in wasn’t till 4pm. However, the management was happy for me to drop my luggage earlier so I could explore Funchal.
I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Excellent property and owner. Communication to get in to property etc clear and in good time. Apartment super clean, modern, excellent decor and well stocked. We cooked all our one week stay and had all we needed. The dishwasher and washing machine added luxuries. Ate most days on the balcony in December. Right in centre of city but on a quiet street so extremely quiet and no sound indoors. There were other people above and below but couldnt hear them in apartment. Superstores for food 15 min walk away, seafront 20 mins away. ( Slow walk) Excellent bus services in Funchal and stops 5 min around the corner.
Felt extremely safe with property behind locked gate. Felt safe as only woman walking in city at night.
Highly recommended and you will leave with Good Memories!

Great stay
Overall a really great stay. Great communication from the host, very clean on entry, GREAT location. Near bars, museums, reastaurants, car parking facilities (€3.60 over night in the green car park on the main road), good utensils.
Few downsides: no oven, bed isn't very comfortable, would have been nice to have had toiletries replaced during the stay, doors are quite thin so you can hear what is going on in the corridor (ie. Early cleaning, other guests leaving in the morning etc)
But that's honestly it. Overall very happy.

Fabulous Centrally Located Apartment -Funchal
Great central location - easy walking all over the centreof Funchal from here.
Fabulous- apartment with shady patio. Home from home.
Susana the concierge was very helpful at all times and easily communicated with via whats app.
She organised my pick up at the airport for me.
I have some mobility issues so this ground floor apartment was perfect for me.
I fell in love with Maderia and will certainly stay at this apartment again.

Fin overnatningsmulighed centralt i Funchal
Rigtig fin lille lejlighed, lille køkken med alt hvad man havde brug for.
Eneste minus var, at der kom til at lugte af fugtig jord/jordslået, når man kom hjem om eftermiddagen/aften, efter en hel dag rundt på øen, hvor dør og vinduer havde været lukket.
Vi boede i gadeplan (væk fra gaden) og havde en lille fin "terrasse" til rådighed.
