Great spot to explore funchal, close to lido and 20 mins to town, also a bus stop for town v close. Clean and bright with lovely pool area. Exceptional staff on reception, professional and friendly, close to v good restaurants. Recommend Frank's corner

From the warm welcome to check out, everything was impeccable! The room was huge, beautiful and super comfortable, with a spacious balcony and sun loungers perfect for relaxing. Breakfast? A real feast, with fresh Madeira fruit and everything natural, even the omelettes! And the leisure area... simply incredible: breathtaking jacuzzi, swimming pool with sea view and a super relaxing sauna. The staff? Friendly, helpful and always ready to help. An unforgettable experience that I want to repeat!

My stay was simply fantastic! From the reception, where we were welcomed with friendliness and professionalism, until the moment of departure, everything exceeded expectations. The service was impeccable, with the staff always available and helpful. The room was huge, beautiful and extremely comfortable. The spacious balcony, equipped with sun loungers, provided a perfect space to relax. We were also surprised with little treats upon arrival, a detail that made all the difference. Everything was fresh and of high quality, from the natural juices to the delicious omelettes made on the spot. The leisure areas were amazing!
