Si. Come sinfonia non è solo il titolo di una splendida canzone di Pino Donaggio ma è anche il titolo che posso dare alla cena di questa sera presso il ristorante Ca dei Maghi. Una cena che definire eccellente significa dare un aggettivo che non valirizza in pieno il contenuto.... Pasta fatta in casa con zucca e castagne da leccarsi le dita.. tagliata con carciofi e monte veronese favolosa...... Il tutto accompagnato da un valpolicella classico della casa beverino e fruttato... Per finire Giovanna , perno della serata assieme alla sorella cuoca, ci ha deliziato con in bicchiere di recioto ed un dolce di cui non ricordo il nome ma......la bontà celestiale. Cà dei Maghi is undoubtedly the fifth element that adds, with peculiar characteristics, to the four essences (excellent cuisine, unique wines, breathtaking views and sympathy of the Valpolicella people) of this magical hilly area of Veneto, Valpolicella. The hotel is truly spectacular, the panorama that can be admired from the restaurant (which is worth a try!) is nothing short of enchanting and the rooms are well furnished and spacious, all equipped with air conditioning and a terrace. The hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool, to make your stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is impeccable, as is the rich and varied breakfast. But certainly among the innumerable strengths the predominant one is comfort: at Ca dei Maghi you feel at home, the staff is friendly and always present, even if only for advice or a pleasant chat. Highly recommended for families and couples, ideal for unplugging even just for a weekend. Last "tip": in addition to the restaurant, it is a must to try the wines produced by their farm, which are really excellent. Santé les amis!
