AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! Worst experience in my 50 years of hotel travel. VICKY R the general manager does not train her staff and has not responded to my email to her last night reviewing my complaints: I had stopped at a Hampton Inn nearby and the HELPFUL person there told me all the hotels at that exit were full, but thought the Home2 Suites might have something left. She got me the phone number and I called. The desk woman (Aleah) there told me there were two rooms. I said I wanted to reserve one. She immediately transferred me to reservations and I got a man who spoke poor English. He wanted to ask me survey questions and sign me up for Hilton rewards. I JUST WANTED A ROOM!! The helpful woman at the Hampton told me it would be faster to just drive over. When I got there, Aleah, said she could not register me. I had to stand there and call reservations AGAIN and attempt to speak with someone who does not speak English well. When I finally got to my room the key case had no WiFi password. I went down to ask Aleah. She told me and I asked how I was supposed to know that since it was not written down anywhere. She said, "You didn't ask me." When I went back to my room and entered the password it did not work. I went BACK down and Aleah found the genius reservations person had spelled my name wrong! When I THEN singed in it asked for all my Hilton rewards member info. When I showed Aleah this she said there was no free Wifi for non-members! I went back to the Hampton and the helpful woman there gave me their password and I spent a while catching up on emails. Unbelievable. Will never set foot in a Hilton again!

Upon checking in the lady at the front was rude and obnoxious when I tried to check in. Said my room wasn’t paid for when it most certainly was. And argued with me about it. And also said my company card was declined for incidentals but when I used my personal card it worked just fine. Then this morning the cleaning staff opened my room door and tried coming into my room as I was taking a shower. Which is extremely rude considering I have two more hours till check out.

I’ve stayed here before and it was wonderful. But this little 2 day stay wasn’t what I expected it to be. The pool had a closed sign on it. There was a musty mildew smell on my floor that hit time the elevator doors opened. The sink in the bathroom drained so slow I stopped using it. Housekeeping didn’t service my room at all, luckily I had my own towels. The front desk crew was very helpful and polite. There was a construction crew there remodeling. But over all I would stay there again
