Die guten Zeiten sind hier vorbei. Zimmer: Keine Seife am Waschtisch und auch nicht in der Dusche. Dafür Bodylotion? Duscharmaturplatte gebrochen. Steckdose ragt aus der Wand . Frühstück mit Auswahl, aber alles einfachste Qualität. Keine Butter. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns die Becel-Diätmargarine als Butter angeboten. Als wir aufklärten, dies sei keine Butter, hieß es 'sorry we dont have butter'. Personal nur zum Frühstück anwesend. Dampfbad und Kachelofen nicht in Betrieb. Getränke im Barbereich: kein Selfservice nur aus dem Automaten. Sessel verschlissen. Keiner schüttelt Kissen oder Felle im Aufenthaltsbereich auf. Auf keinen Fall Hotel mit 4 Sternen.

Leider kann ich den ach so tollen Bewertungen die ich vor unserem Aufenthalt im „Hotel“ Königsblick nicht zustimmen. Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel war der erste Eindruck der defekte Schlüsselsave der direkt am Eingang hängt. Verwiesen wird mit Zettel an einen kleinen Schlüsselkasten neben der Zimmertür der mit der Zimmernummer zu öffnen geht. Im Zimmer angekommen fiel uns sofort der heiße Ölradiator auf und meine Ahnung hat mich nicht getäuscht. So bewegten wir diesen Ölradiator abwechselnd vom Zimmer ins Bad und wieder ins Zimmer. Das war unsere einzige Heizung für 5 Tage in diesen 4 Sterne Haus. Die Heizkörper blieben kalt. Am Abend stellten wir fest, dass der TV nicht funktioniert. Auf die Mail die ich der Verwaltung schrieb kam schon am nächsten Nachmittag ein junger Mann der das Problem aber auch nicht lösen konnte. In Englisch versprach er mir das Problem mit einem Kollegen besprechen zu wollen. Bis zur Abreise hatte sich natürlich nichts getan. Vor dem Schreiben dieser Bewertung habe ich mir auf der Homepage des Hotels die schönen Bilder der Zimmer angeschaut. Auf keinem der Bilder hat eine Dusche einen Duschvorhang. Warum hat also unser Deluxzimmer einen Duschvorhang. Von Hotels bin ich gewohnt, dass die Zimmer täglich gereinigt werden, die Betten gemacht usw. Unser Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gemacht. Die Tücherbox und der Seifenspender waren am 2. Tag leer. Das Toilettenpapier war an Tag 4 alle. Gut, dass ich noch ne Rolle im Auto hatte. Das Frühstück. Als gesund beschrieben und in den Bewertungen als ganz toll angepriesen. Aufbackbrötchen, Wurst aus der Packung, Filterkaffee aus einem großen Kübel und kaltes Rührei. Die letzten beiden Tage gabs nicht mal Butter. Kannte ich bis jetzt nur von Kuba. Das Konzept, Haus ohne Personal ist in meinen Augen gescheitert. Faktisch ist der Königsblick bestenfalls eine Pension, eher B&B. Auf gar keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel.

There is absolutely no staff in this 4* hotel upon arrival in the afternoon! 1 week before your arrival you should receive an email with a link to the Keyone check-in procedure. We did NOT receive this email, and could not get into our room upon arrival. In the reception area of the hotel, where by the way there is no toilet, there is an emergency number, where we only received the link after much insistence and could check in online. The following days a message appeared on the Keyone system "Defective" The following guests saw their code for the key box hanging on the entrance door ... 4 * Hotel ?? There is also an unmanned bar, where everyone can write down the drinks on a sheet of paper on any random room number. There is a light on the terrace of the room ... but the lamp has been removed. The only good thing is the breakfast, then there are a few staff members present who have to do the kitchen, the reception and the rooms at the same time. For us never again! Better avoid the hotel!

Having booked a “Superior Panorama View” room we expected a view of the valley and instead we found ourselves with a balcony overlooking the back of the hotel, still on nature and in the open air, but with a view of the parking lot. The unpleasant thing is that upon arrival there is no one at the reception to welcome you (the check-in information is sent exclusively by email with the room code / wifi code etc ...) and to our complaint email we were told that the hotel was full and there was no possibility of changing rooms. The common areas, the outdoor garden, the breakfast room, which was good but without any "memorable" proposals, were very nice. The fact that they charged extra for coffee / cappuccino was not appreciated. The soap in the shower had run out and was not refilled after cleaning the room. I am sorry for these details that did not make our stay excellent, I hope to return in the future because the place deserves it and to change my mind.

We stayed at the Hotel Königsblick for 5 days and were given a very friendly welcome. The room was clean and comfortably furnished. The breakfast was good and sufficient and the staff tried to fulfill all wishes, even with few employees. The highlight in the evening was the modern and cozy bar that left nothing to be desired! Unfortunately we had to deduct one point because in some corners it was clear that the hotel was getting old and with 4 stars you expect a little more! We had a lovely holiday and would love to come back!

Good location in front of the Brenner Pass. The guest card allows you to go on various hikes with a free cable car. Very friendly hoteliers, good breakfast. Unfortunately in transition from a hotel to an apartment operation. Until then, definitely recommended.

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. However, the WiFi only worked near the reception, NOT in the rooms. The problem could not be solved during the duration of the stay (3 nights).
