Es gab kein warmes Wasser, wir mussten kalt duschen, wenn wir es an der Reception gemeldet haben, war der Antwort; Tut mir leid.
Das Fenster im Zimmer kann man nicht umkippen, das Zimmer stinkt und man kann nicht lüften.
Unser Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt und nicht aufgeräumt und die Tücher wurden nicht gewechselt.
