There were many paid parking lots nearby, so parking was not a problem. However, it was difficult to carry heavy luggage from the paid parking lot to the 9th floor. I wish it could be used only within the facility, when carrying luggage. (It was only for contractors and could not be used within the facility.) You could park for a maximum of 300 to 500 yen from 7pm and from 8pm to 8am. There was also a coin laundry and Max Value within walking distance, so it was not a problem. It was very clean. We felt at home. The kids were delighted with the bunk beds. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and washing machine. There was no bathtub, only a shower.
