After 11am no cleaning. If you stay longer in the room and hang the cleaning sign out at 11 am. They rejected the room cleaning even change towels or remove the garbage bags . You have to brings all the dirty to the 3/Fl lobby to exchange. No service at all if you don t get out of the room before 10:30am. Holiday I prefer relax and no rush. Ending up 6 nights only I did one room cleaning.
Japanese staffs very polite but not the western nationally staffs, having a long face all the time.
Hot water & fridge have to go down to the lobby to share fridge and get drinking water or hot water. Don t expect any service at this hotel. Location 13 mins to Station.
