観光で博多に行った際に利用しました。
立地は非常に良く、部屋も広くていい感じでした。
設備は古い感じがありましたが気になる感じではありませんでした。
また利用したいと思います。

博多には仕事やプライベートで15年ほど訪れていますが、今回初めてこちらのホテルに宿泊しました。立地も良く、価格も非常にリーズナブルで、スタッフの対応も丁寧で安心感がありました。
ただ、他の方の口コミにもあった通り、浴室のニオイがかなり気になりました。特に深夜に部屋へ戻り、シャワーを浴びようとした際に、そのニオイが強烈で入浴を断念したほどです。中洲周辺は全体的に下水のニオイが気になることもあり、地域環境の影響もあるのかもしれません。
これまでの経験でも、どんなに清掃をしても取り切れないニオイが残るケースがあることは理解しています。ただ、スタッフの方に伺ったところ、同様のご意見が他のお客様からも寄せられているとのことでしたので、チェックイン前の臭気確認や、必要に応じた対応などを検討いただけると、より快適な滞在につながるのではないかと思います。
今回は2泊の滞在で、2日目にお部屋を変更していただいたところ、ニオイは気にならず快適に過ごせました。客室自体は清潔で居心地も良く、よく眠れました。
また、嬉しいサプライズとして、有名な「吉塚うなぎ屋」さんのすぐ隣にあるため、朝は香ばしいうなぎの香りで目覚めるという、ちょっとユニークな体験もできました。
全体としては、コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと感じましたので、今後も機会があればまた利用したいと思います。

There were amenities and the front desk staff helped me with the automatic checkout procedure, which was a relief, but it was disappointing that the sound of the door closing was quite loud. When I went out and came back, the staff welcomed me back, which left a pleasant impression.
