The room is quite spacious and the staff is friendly!! It is near Hakata Station + there is a large mart called Lopia in the building next door, so the location is good! I will visit again when I travel to Fukuoka :)

Very close to the Shinkansen, the location is great! The staff at the counter are very nice and willing to help, overall it's very good. The hotel is old, and you need to keep pressing the flush button to flush the toilet (not the kind that you can just press and leave), but it's clean and not really small, so the minor shortcomings are acceptable, and I'm willing to come back next time!
