Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin

I chose this hotel because it seemed like a good location. However, it's a bit tricky to call it perfect since it's located at the end of the Tenjin underground shopping area, but I think it's still pretty good. ＜Pros＞ - The staff were friendly - The location was good (close to Tenjin Minami Station and popular spots like Imoya Kinjiro, Kaldi, Komeda Coffee, I'm Donut, Oishi Ikoriya, and Menya Kanetora. However, the wait was so long that I couldn't go to I'm Donut, Oishi Ikoriya, or Menya Kanetora.) - There was a Korean-speaking staff member at check-in. - The room wasn't too small. ＜Cons＞ - Cleanliness (This hotel didn't feel comfortable. This was such a critical flaw that I wouldn't stay here again. If the hotel manager reads this review, I really hope they improve it.) 1. Smell: I saw a review that mentioned a smell, but we were going to be walking around all day and just sleeping, so a slight smell from the shower curtain was fine. I booked the room, thinking it would be fine. However, as soon as I entered the room, I noticed a musty smell. It was so gross. I'd heard reviews saying it came from the shower curtain, but I was too scared to smell it myself. I couldn't believe this smell could be coming from a hotel... I was shocked. 2. Dust: The floor is carpeted, so dusting isn't a problem. However, the bedhead was so white and dusty that it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. (I noticed it while I was charging my phone while I was sleeping.) The next morning, lying on the bed facing the wrong direction, waiting for everyone to get ready and leave, I noticed dust clinging to the ceiling lights and air conditioner. You can tell just by looking. It's either accumulated dust from years of accumulation or dust from a brief period of neglect. It was the former, so I was really shocked. 3. I can appreciate the first and second points, since I'm just sleeping in the hotel. But the final, fatal flaw is the dampness of the hotel bedding. It was so damp and dank, it was utterly uninspiring. I regret not asking for a room change. It wasn't wet, but it felt damp when you touched it. You know that dampness? I left my luggage at the hotel first and walked around. After checking in, I went up to the room to leave my luggage. The kids were wondering why it was so damp, so I touched it and all the beds were damp. I thought it was because the air conditioning wasn't on on a hot day, so I turned it on and took all the blankets off to evaporate some of the moisture, but it was the same at night. It might have just been our room, but the bedding in the hotel, which was meant for just sleeping, was so damp and uncomfortable that it was incredibly difficult. (Still, I slept well because I was tired. Haha) I wrote a long review in the hopes that they'll improve the shortcomings. Seriously.

역세권에 직원들이 친절합니다 8층에 얼음과 컵도있어서 좋았습니다
