【良かった点】
・博多駅が近い（中州エリアまで徒歩１５分程度でいける）
・客室階に自動販売機の設置があった
【感じた点】
・清掃は通常レベルでされているがホテルの設備が古いので全体的に古い感じがする
【改善してほしい点】
・ベッドのクッション性がほぼないのでなかなか寝れないのと疲れが全然取れない
・室内のフローリングや室外のフロアのカーペットなどはかなり汚れており清潔感が感じられない
※ビジネス利用で寝るだけなら全然有りです。また利用させていただきます

호텔에서 길건너고 5미터 이동하고 패밀리마트 옆 계단으로 올라가면. 2층으로 킷테하카타. 한큐. 버스터미널(다이소)까지 쭉 이어져 있습니다 위치굿
룸컨디션 - 에어컨 이슈 있어서 긴장 많이 했는데. 에어컨 빵빵하고 추워서 끄고 잤어여.
욕실 넓어서 조아요. 마루라 너무 좋아요.
로비 넓어서 조아여. 직원 친절하고 영어 소통 됩니다
1층에 엄청 아날로그적인 저울 있어요 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 공항 가기전 무게 측정하세요.
로피아까지 도보 5분. 캐널시티 도보 12분.
미나텐진까지 버스 15분정도

호텔의 위치가 가장 맘에 들었습니다. 건물은 전체적으로 노후한 느낌이 있으나, 일본의 여타 3성급 호텔에 비해 답답하게 작지는 않아 좋았습니다.
다만 프론트에서 일하시는 분들이 외국인들인데 별로 친절하지 않은 점등은 이 호텔에 대한 호감을 반감하게 합니다.

何度も宿泊してますが、場所は申し分なく、価格も手頃です。部屋の床が板張りなので清潔感あります。今回は時期的にまだ暑くなかったのですが全館冷房が寒かったです。毛布が用意されていて助かりました。

지난 2월에 묵었던 방의 욕실은 매우 청결했으나 이번에 묵었던 방은 욕실타일사이나 코너등 물이 닿는곳에 때인지 곰팡이인지 지저분한 흔적이 많아 욕실청결에 문제가 있어보였습니다
2월에 묵었던방의 흰색타일인 욕실은 청결했으나 이번에 묵은 방의 짙은회색타일의 욕실은 지저분했으므로 점검하시고 개선바랍니다
