7월 12일 숙박 예정으로 예약했으나, 셀프체크인 시스템에서 예약번호가 조회되지 않아 1시간 30분 가까이 체크인하지 못했습니다.
호텔에는 직원이 없고, 메일 문의에도 사전 답변이 없었으며, 일본 내 전화번호가 있어도 외국인으로서는 소통이 어려운 상황이었습니다.
결국 트립닷컴 고객센터에 여러 번 국제전화로 연락한 끝에, 처음 받은 예약번호가 잘못된 것이었고,
30분 이상이 지난 후에야 다른 체크인 번호를 다시 받아 체크인할 수 있었습니다.
호텔 측의 실수인지, 예약 플랫폼의 문제인지는 끝까지 명확히 확인되지 않았고, 여행 초반부터 큰 스트레스를 받았습니다.
무더운 날씨에 낯선 나라 길거리에서 체크인도 못 하고 방황한 경험은 정말 당황스럽고 불쾌했습니다.
외국인 여행자분들께 이 호텔을 추천하기는 어렵습니다.
