The accessibility is really good. Canal City is a 3-minute walk away, and the Nakasu River is right in front, which is nice. However, the cleanliness is so bad that I don't recommend it if you are traveling with your family. There was too much dust and hair next to the bed, and in the bathroom, there was a lot of red mold on the bathtub and sink, which was quite unpleasant. I cleaned it with the provided vacuum cleaner and disposable toothbrush, but I didn't like the fact that I was doing this while traveling.

Reviews for Koreans
1. I was worried about unmanned check-in, but the night before I checked in, the password for the common entrance was emailed to me every day. Then, I went in and got assigned a room through simple English on a tablet like a video call
2. Japanese accommodations are small
So I expected it to be over 30m2, but since there are 3 beds,
the room doesn't seem that big
3. The view is good, it's close to Canal City, and the location is good
Cleanliness seems okay, and it seems like it would be satisfying if you come with a family for a good price-to-performance ratio, so it seems like it would be good to eat something at night. There is a Family Mart about 2 minutes' walk away.
