This is the first hotel that I felt very bad about staying at. The room was smaller than in the pictures. Most importantly, there was a lot of dust on the corners of the bed, on the blinds and other things in the room. There was not even a bath mat in the bathroom. Everyone slept like they had allergies because of the dust. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no cleaning (an additional charge of 1000 yen) and we had to call to ask if we wanted new towels. The location is very good, right on the main road, about 500 meters from Minami subway station exit 5. It is easy to find food and the bus stop is also convenient.

The biggest advantage is that it is cost-effective and the beds are spacious so you can sleep comfortably. It takes about 3-4 minutes from Tenjin Minami Station and a convenience store is also close by.

有好有壞
隔音不佳, 隔壁房凌晨兩點喝酒喧鬧聲直接傳進房內, 所幸服務人員能夠及時制止. 位置很好, 下樓就是中洲商圈. 房內有些灰塵問題, 氣管敏感的家人入住後不停咳嗽

立地がよく、屋台の食べ飲み歩きにもちょうど良かったです。隣の部屋の声とかが筒抜けだったのが気になりましたがそれ以外は快適に過ごせました。天井が高かったので圧迫感がなく海外の方にもいいと思います。

布団、ブラインド、窓、トイレットペーパーホルダーなど、埃がひどくて不衛生でした。
隣の部屋の声が筒抜けです。
TVのリモコンが電池切れなのか、TVの使用ができませんでした。
WiFiが弱くて遅いため、ほとんど使用できませんでした。
立地は良く、あちこち出かけるには向きますが、滞在中の快適さについては色々改善していただきたいです。
