The room was clean, but the wallpaper was bulging after a long time. There was no service. No one cleaned the room after staying for two nights. There was no one at the front desk to check in. It was self-service. It was not recommended for elderly people to check in. It was a bit troublesome. We booked three rooms and it took us a long time to get it done. There was no luggage storage.

駅からは遠いものの、ライブ会場であったサンパレスからはとても近いのが良かった
また、洋服を汚してしまったので洗濯機がある点もよかったです。
はじめ入館のパスワードが分からなかったがすぐに電話で対応してくれました。

I stayed here for a live performance at Sunpalace Hall. It was very convenient as it was less than a 10-minute walk to Sunpalace. The nearest station was a bus stop. There were no restaurants nearby, so the only option was to take a bus to Hakata Station or Tenjin Station.
The hotel was new and clean. I stayed for two nights and they provided two toothbrush sets for each person and two sets of towels. They also had towels prepared separately for additional use.
The room was small, but I was happy that the toilet, sink, and shower were separate.
