It is an unmanned self-service hotel. You have to check in and check out by yourself. No luggage storage is provided (not provided before or after check-in). You have to sort the garbage by yourself and clean the room by yourself (no matter how many days you stay). I seriously suspect that I booked a B&B instead of a hotel. The problem is that B&Bs are not so strict. It feels like a split monthly rental. In short, please consider it if you book for more than two days. The room was clean and spacious, but the hot water in the sink was sometimes hot and sometimes not (only cold water came out when the bathtub was filled with hot water) and there was no outlet by the pillow, so it was difficult to charge my phone.

I walked about 10 minutes from Hakata Station and saw a few bars around. There are a lot of things to eat at the supermarket nearby, so I stopped by on my way out and bought some snacks. You could hear the train noise a little, but it wasn't enough to bother you. The facilities were very good, and it was much larger than other places, so I could rest comfortably.
