While understanding what we were having with the price level, hotel manager was super inflexible with the knocking and urging every 5min when we were having issues coming back to the hotel room with an elderly taxi driver for clearing the luggages in the room with daddy, and the situation well explained and shown to him.
We were charged for 20% extra for the less than an hour of late check out, but we were deeply annoyed and disappointed.
Hotel should seriously consider in restructuring its management for the whole thing is never heard of anywhere else in the world with reasonable hospitality.

부모님이랑 후쿠오카 여행와서 시내 말고 색다른 곳에서 지내고싶어 예약했어요
위치가 근방에 지하철역이나 버스정류장이 없어서 메이노하마 역에서 택시 타거나 해야했지만 그 외에 시설이나 서비스 등등은 너무 좋았어요
일단 모든 직원분들이 정말정말 친절하시고..
3시부터 5시에는 2층 프론트 바로 옆 공간 라운지에서 무료로 음료와 주류 간단한 간식거리, 팬케이크를 먹을 수 있어요
저녁 8시부터 10시까지는 2층 야외공간에서 마시멜로우 구워먹기, 맥주, 작은 디저트류를 먹을 수 있고 (무료)
실내 라운지에서는 저녁 8시부터 11시까지 낮처럼 라운지 이용할 수 있슴다 (밤 10시 정도엔 라멘도 준비해주심)
룸 크기도 커서 성인 세명이 머물기 충분했고 (소파베드도 불편하지않았음)
화장실 욕조에서 바다가 보여서 분위기도 넘 좋았어요
원래 호텔 옆에 마리노아 시티 아울렛이 연결되어있는데 지금은 문 닫은 상태라 주변에 볼 거는 없고ㅠ
대신 근처 대중목욕탕&찜방 할인이 된다해서 목욕만 하는 거 원래 1000엔인데 500엔씩 주고 다녀왔어요
걸어서 15분 정도니까 걸어갈 만 해요 택시비는 천엔 넘게 나온듯
조식은 뷔페인줄 알았는데 룸서비스로 올려주시는데 일본 가정식이 맛있어요
기본 일본가정식 고르면 생선구이에 밥 장국 밑반찬 등등 나오는데 거기서 300엔씩 추가하면 차즈케식으로 참깨소스에 버무린 생선회로 바뀜 사시미 양 넉넉하니 조았어요

1歳の子連れの2泊3日の家族旅行でした。周りは閉店など閑散としていましたが、館内はアットホームな雰囲気でスタッフの方々がいつでも子どもに優しく振舞ってくださり、アフタヌーンティーも、特別なすてきな時間を過ごせました。朝食付きにしましたが、今では少なくなった部屋食だったのが嬉しかったです。じっとしていられない子どもがいると本当に助かりましたしまさか子どもの朝食まで付いていて嬉しかったです。おしゃれで美味しかったです。
部屋は申し分なくきれいでしたが、ただ、廊下に綿埃がちょこちょこあって気になりました。また、1日目の夜21時頃に1時間程、海の方からサイレンが鳴り続け、ホテルの管轄外とは思いますが、寝かしつけ時間に若干イラっと来ました。
