The self-check-in system is significantly less capable of operating
If you barely understand English and have difficulty making international phone calls, you can't even check in
They said they sent an email when the reservation was completed, but I never received one
There were two security devices, but the person answering the phone didn't even know that there was a digital door lock and barely spoke English
After a long time, the door lock was opened remotely and I had to struggle for 30 minutes to check in
Since it was a residence, the circuit breaker tripped due to a power overload while I was cooking
It was embarrassing and not easy
You can't even check in if you don't have a SIM card without roaming
I've been to Japan many times, but this is by far the worst accommodation
