The worst hotel on the trip, far from JR, it's a long walk. The most unbearable thing is the sanitation, it's so bad, all kinds of leftover garbage, including sanitary products, I don't recommend taking the risk

The place is spacious for 4 people. Everything is reasonably set up and clean. Bathtub especially is really nice after a long day of walking. We were able to buy some groceries nearby and cooked up some noodles and heat up the ready made food. But there's no knife provided. Figured we are not supposed to do a serious cooking.😝 However there's one downside of this place. It is not so close to Hakata station. It takes about 20 minutes walking to Hakata station and 30 minutes walking to the canel city. After the first day we were so tired of walking that we had to take busses to go out.

The self-service is convenient and the location is good.
A bus stop (to Hakata Station) is a 5-minute walk away.
A convenience store and supermarket are a 10-minute walk away.
I liked the mini-living room design and the large TV. I could watch Netflix with friends in the mini-living room (provided). It's perfect for a group outing.
Of the two bunk beds, the lower compartment is a bit narrow, so you'll need to consider whether you're comfortable with it. The bunk beds were a bit dusty, and there was a slight odor in the room (the lockers), but it didn't directly affect the overall comfort. However, one of the bunk beds was a bit noisy, and turning around, for example, was disturbing to others.
