Really bad experience
If parking is to be booked early why is there no information online?
When I got there, I just said there was no space in the parking lot
Although I know other staff may not speak English
But I have never tried to go to a hotel in Japan the staff is standing behind a foreign staff only know how to hide and not assist with anything

Then the next morning at their hotel had breakfast (I did not eat anything else except their breakfast), the afternoon has been pooped and vomited, of course, the hotel's reply is only for the time being not found other guests have the same situation, no follow-up, go to their counter just give you a phone call to see a doctor. I understand that not seeing a doctor when you are sick may not actually help you. But their indifference really feels very bad in terms of service and psychology
After traveling to Japan for so many years, this service experience really opened my eyes and it also ruined my entire trip.
Will not go to this hotel again definitely not recommended
