A slightly aged hotel, but still very functional, spacious and comfortable.
Our plan also included the access to the GRAND CLUB whole day, which provides breakfast, refreshments during the day, and all kinds of wine paired with a good collection of food at night at their cocktail hour. And yes all the food in breakfast and at the cocktail hour were great.
The location is fine, though you do need to travel back to hakata station or tenjin station depending on your itinerary
Very nice flower at the lobby. All staff are working very hard for hotel guests. We have to check out at 6 a. m. and need a taxi. Staff help us immediately.

The service is really good. We have 5 family members with 2 rooms booked and arranged next to each other, which is very convenient. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Location is so convenient that connected to the Hakata station and is only a one min's walk in between. Very easy to go anywhere for sight-seeing and shopping around. Good choice for family. Breakfast is nice too.

The location it just less than 5 minute from Hakata station . It have Shinkansen line too . And if you wanna rent car for day trips or out of Fukuoka, it is very convenient too . The station come with few shopping malls connecting together and if you are not familiar you will get lost ! Haha but nothing to worry about it as long you follow the sign board , and food paradise eat whatever you like and craving for . Walking back in winter weather was amazing cool breeze! The hotel was quiet too , and you seldom will see anyone while in the hotel . Staff are friendly , attentive approachable. You can enjoy bath tub to release the tiredness when you have walk too too much after your sightseeing. To international airport it just 10 min by cab , around $1850 Yen , if you do not want to drag your luggage after your full full shopping. Happy staying πππ»ππ»ππ»

The hotel is very new, the decor is very warm, and it is quiet at night, it feels like having a home in this city. The landlord is Japanese, the Chinese is also very good, the person is very kind, and the communication is very pleasant. She picked us up at the train station in advance and introduced the places to eat, drink and play around. The fly in the ointment is that there is no breakfast. If you can have an authentic Japanese breakfast in the morning, it would be perfect.

Veryβ¦β¦β¦β¦Great
There are only about 40 rooms, so it is very quiet. You can have afternoon tea on the 18th floor, or take coffee and desserts back to your room to enjoy (remember to return them). There is a large bath on the 18th floor.
The room has everything it should have, the pajamas are very comfortable, the room has some smell, and most importantly, there is a balcony where you can see the lake and the sea in the distance. It is a very chill hotel
Good soundproofing, free mini bar
I will review the food and beverage section in a few days.

The front desk staff was polite, but the room was narrow. After opening the 22-inch suitcase, there was no space at all. The room felt very dusty, and the cleaning was not too serious. There were a few stains on the edge of the bed sheets, and we found ********* coins on the ground after we checked in. I think The most inconvenient thing is that the lights in the room cannot be dimmed, and the children cannot turn on the lights after they go to bed. They can only rely on the lights in the corridor for illumination. And the lights are sensor devices... they will automatically turn off after 2-3 minutes, and you have to count every time you eat. Times, even if I put something under it, it doesn't stay on. The location is convenient. It takes 2-3 minutes to walk from Tenjin South Exit 5. There is a Lawson downstairs and a 7-11 opposite, but I feel that I may not choose it again next time, except for the price. Apart from being cheaper, the others are not particularly good.
The location of the hotel is very good. There are many restaurants nearby and shopping is very convenient. The most important thing is that the view is beautiful facing Central Park and the windows in the room can be opened. This is very important to me.
